Finding them may be as simple as taking a walk in the woods to clear your head, or as complex as volunteering after a natural disaster. If you are a wood-related soul, then try finding a nice, undisturbed place in the woods. Just sit and clear your mind; if you listen you'd be amazed at what you can hear around you.
