As my fellow Wiccans said, most of this is completely wrong. One of the biggest flaws is saying black magick followers worship Satan. I'm certainly not into black magick but isn't Satan part of Christianity and Catholicism? Doesn't that contradict being a witch, Pagan or Wiccan? How can we "worship" something that isn't even part of our religion? Just stating my opinion.

Eh hem.It says witches not wiccans and the person that wrote the article was probably a christian so deal with it.

Firstly Satan is not christian, Lucifer and "the devil are", satan merely refers to the opposition of a god, in paganism of course there are multiple good and bad good, but the word satan is a blanket term. Also it is refering to mythology not reality. Alos as a wiccan you follow a watered down religion of paganism anyway, lower even than the neo-pagans, so a lot of the things you do are quite possibly mislead.Source: PhD in English lierature and Mythology, MA in theology and English Language - University lecturer Do you find this valuable? |
