Actually this turned out to be a croc or alligator. If you look the 'hair' is black and looks sickly. That mold formed from the decay happening on it's normal smooth hide like skin. You can tell from the portions that its one of the two. 3  out of 8 found this valuable. Do you?

the hair might be decay however neither crocodiles nor alligators have teeth shaped like that. the teeth look like those of a wildebeest or another kind of grazer. and don't say that the teeth wore down or rotted away, the bones are still there.

The skull is all wrong for an alligator or a croc too. There is no air passage on the snout, and the teeth of both crocs and alligators are on the outside/aligned with the edge of the mouth. Not within the mouth.

also there is the question of missing limbs although they simply might be underneath the body, hidden from the camera view.

I know alligators very well and due to the only slight diffrence between crocs and alligators so I can say with 100% confidence that this animal is not either animals you can tell by the lack of nostrils where they should be on the skull which is the top twords the end of the snout, in the photos that area of the skull where they should be is perfectly visible and void of nostrils, I dont believe in sea monsters but you sir or lady are blowing smoke out of your ass trying to seem intellegent when in all honesty you have no clue what it is so at least think before lying I can post pictures skulls of crocs and alligators to prove myself if needed also maps of migration for the animals I cannot tell you what it is but I can say its not that also where did you get your information stating the true identidy of the animal anyways because if I were you I would not count that as a reliable source anymore Do you find this valuable?
