Help...

I don't exactly know how this happened but last night I had a 'dream' and in the dream a blurred figure said the demon resides within you, now i keep seeing this figure and it tells me not to do or say anything to anyone, he calls himself a Djinni, I'm scared to death and dont know what to do...any advice???
