Drac, Draco- I'm talking Draconis. What do you know? Plus Elementals

I know only a few pieces of information about the Draconis race. Ok, you can call me crazy or insane (please don't though), but I do, well, believe most of this "stuff" or mythical-ness to be real. But I'm wondering if any of you are familiar with Elementals, Nymphs, Sylphs, Draconis, Mermaids, and Pixies. Also, has anyone heard of a "Lightning Elemental"?
Ok, from what I've learned, Draconis (since nothing, litereately like nothing useful comes up when i looke it up) is an Elemental species (i think, species or race, or creature). Their element being fire. Draconis is half dragon, half elf. I'd say don't ask-- but I dont know how it originally was made, or created, probably through alchemy, mixing the DNA of a Dragon and an Elf, and also, of course, mating. But other than that, what do you know? Your opinion? 8  out of 10 found this valuable. Do you?
