" Shadow energy is a form of dark matter if you can call it that scientificlly. But i'll put it into words that most observent/scientific seers like me can understand. Shodow energy makes up a number of parts of diffrent kinds of spirits. Depending on what happend to the spirit it can be of destress or depression. Shadow people by my definition are just spirits that wander the earth with no goal in mind but to find what is makeing them feel a certain way and try to fix it. Even if i can't hear them most of the time i can tell what they are feeling just by reading energy/auras of the spirits. Elementals would be far from that. It takes alot of pined up energy in one place to create one. But when shadow elementals do form. They are just pure negitive energy with only one resion for there exsistence. To cause anything and everything around them to feel pure negitive emotion. I've had that experince first hand with one instence.
