conjecture on the entry its self.

this is different than every other version i know. not drastically... but you should read up a little more on it. the lore never tells of a crown of flowers, a huldra may also have the tail of a fox and her back is like the hollow of a tree. she also lures men into the forest, not the mountains and seduces them. if she falls in love and marries a man who is christan, she will lose her tail and her tale alone. if she marries a non believer in a church or in the name of god she will become twisted and her wrath will be set upon this man. if she chooses to release a man, or if he does her a favor or kindness she will bless him verily. if he crosses her, he will be punished tenfold. there is much more, but you get the point. i hope this was enlightening!! 12  out of 12 found this valuable. The Huldra is also said to be so beautiful and bewitching that no man would ever be able to say no to her taking him into the forest. Only women will se her true colors (she's supposedly green), and the tail. Not until he wakes up the next morning, will the man truly see her. Or something like that. 1  out of 2 found this valuable.
