Okay, so i'm writing a book with dragons in it....well sort of.... it has an ubundance of mythical creatures in it, and one of the main characters is a mythical creature and i'm trying to figure out which one he should be....but i'm finding tht the more i try looking for a mythical creature i knoe of, the creature turns out to be totally insane, and blood-lust filled...any suggestions? 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

There are numerous stories about friendly mythical creatures, you just have to bend them to make it work. I have a list that might help
1.Centaurs:Half human and half horse, one story of a friendly Centaur is Greek, the Centaur was called Chiron.

2.Elf: Elves are in numerous story's, both good and evil, like Lord Of The Rings.

3.Stayrs: All so from Greek, the Roman name for it is Faun, which you might recognize from Narnia.

4.Nyraids: Atleast i think thats their name! the are Water Spirits, I don't know much detail about them though

Dude,it's your story you can do whatever you want to it.Heck you could even make up your own mythical creature. Do you find this valuable?

its spelled nerieds yoda, just a tip. you could always use a dryad or phoenix too Do you find this valuable?
