Ok in all seriousness, I have bin having bad dreams. In the dreams I am alone at first, and it is dark and I am scared to death then he comes out. We never talk, he is some times man, some times like the creature in the post he always pulls out a sword and begins to fight me. At first I had no weapon and I nearly died. Usually I can wake my self up if some thing really bad happens in a dream but in this dream I can't. Anyway after some time I began to pull out a roman style sword but I still lost.Now I fell so tired after I lose, I only won once when I felt really happy and energetic. But most of the time I lose. Don't ground yourself in physical limitations. You might even be able to fly or use basically magic in the dream if you just believe. If you can this can be a huge advantage. My biggest piece of advice is to never give up and never give in. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

That's unfortunate but like someone else has said, putting a supernatural force behind it will only make it worse. And maybe the fact that you are working on a project based on the figure is making you think about it and creating those nightmares. There are numerous things you could do: calming music, clearing your mind, lucid dreaming. I always start making scenarios in my mind before I sleep and they drift into my dreams and become them and I haven't had any nightmares since I started doing this...well also with the help of this....reoccurring figure in most my dreams that keeps me company and literally saves me from nightmares.But yeah try the lucid dreaming and realize it's your dream and there are no limits :) Do you find this valuable? |
