Guides/Guardians: What are they, and why would I have one?

Ok, so I've started getting feelings sometimes that there is a presence with me. I feel stupid saying this, but i first felt it playing a video game. i was super stressed and I felt a poke on my arm, like a dog pressing it's nose against you. i thought it was my cat, but she was asleep on my bed. It calmed me down to almost a meditated state of relaxation. I think He is white, and has a dragon(or winged?) form and a large wolf-ish form. Maybe my imagination, but i don't know why i would think of stuff like this.I call Him my guardian, and my friend says she gets those feelings too. Long post I know, but I saw the term Guide and Guardian on other posts, and am wondering what they are. I don't trust Google or Wikipedia for this. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

You have Whats called Animal allies and familisrs. The word familiar means acreature, Human or otherwise, from this physical world or the otherworld, that one frecuently sees experiences, and communicates with. We can and use familiars, primarily otherworld ones to act as vtheir eyes and ears for discovering information in this world or other worlds. The advantage of having an other world familiar is that, since its body is not of physical vibration, it can cross time, space, and worlds to find information for what you want and need. To find and befriend and other world familiar you must go on a journey that crosses the boundaries between the worlds, into otherworld planes of existence. This is usually done through meditation directed toward this goal. ( I hope this helped)

Animal allies and familiars and two VERY different things. The beliefs and practices for hundreds of years said that familiars were demons in the form of animal that connect true demonc witches to the devil. Animal allies are real animals, or spirits of them, that guide and protect you. They are good, and are eternally connected to you. To betray them is to betray yourself. (please note that this is my opinion/theory based only on the knowledge I have) 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"Is He why I can sense peoples thoughts and emotions?Yes and no. He helps you, but he doesn't do it for you. Your ally is just another recource of strength and endurance. Don't misunderstand, you must respect him. He may be encouraging you to read emotions and thoughts, or giving you messages subconciously, but you probably have SOME natural ability, he's just helping you to finally develope it. Message me and let me know about all this stuff, because I'm interested. Please don't take my word as gold, I'm just stating my theories. Do you find this valuable? |

I wasn't talking about wiccans. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

What are they, and why would I have one?know that you understand what they are, allow me to explain why you would have one. First guides/guardians come in several varieties. these are; physical, spiritual, and mental. physical are animals that share the experiences of life with us. they may be pets, wild animals that stay near our homes, or even strays that follow us home. the key point is they do not interfer with our lifes, but we feel a bond to them and care for them. spiritual are known more as guides and gaurdians. these are the ones that empower, teach, and guide us throughout our lives. everyone has a spiritual guide(whether they know it or not) and some powerful people are know to have more than one of this type. mental are different yet similar to the spiritual. these seem more like hallucinations or products of imagination and make up the majority a creatures on this site. that thing you glimpse out the corner of your eye on a dark moonless night usually fits into this category. i call them mental because the human mind for the most part can not fully understand the dynamics of the creature and most likely translates it into a blurry or shadowy thing that remains inexplicable. there are, however, people who have opened their minds so far to see and know the creatures. yet still not fully capable of understanding them. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. mthe mental variety would also include your vampires and demons. they are capable of causing arm or being helpful. just hope your dealing with the helpful kind, becuase the harmful can be very dangerous if you don't know what you are dealing with.
