Ah, "reapers", the race of immortal sentient Star ships which allegedly wait in dark space, oh we have dismissed that claim.

I agree, somewhat. I am a witch. We arent split into black and white, because they are only colors, not magicks. We don't worship satan, because thats what Christians use to blame all their problems on, whilst witches accept the responsibility of their doings. PLUS we are human too. Not creatures to be goggled at.

Hello. You must be a figment of my imagination. Because the witches described in the text are 'mythological'.This is what was believed about witches. Do try to live with this, won't you? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I'll clarify a few points. Deals with the devil were attributed to a number of things, from vampirism to witchcraft. In many cases this accusations were wrong. However, that does not dismiss the following possibility:The current belief amongst people who research and believe in this thing is that deals with the devil could simulate the powers of a witch or give vampirism to an individual. That said, that would divide "witches" in two separate groups, "normal" (i.e: natural born) and "ritual" (i.e: paranormal powers gained by some sort of ritual or similar process). At any rate, "Witches" are very convoluted in terms of myths, and a good chunk of them are involve some unholy ritual, and out of those the majority is not christian (albeit, there is a fare share of christian stories involving evil witches), the bulk of it compossed by Nordic, Muslim, Jewish, Buhdist, Zen, and greek. That said, there is also a fair amount of stories in which "witches" are either neutral or "good" . that concludes my rant for now =P 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

I don't completely agree partially because in my opinion the person that wrote this didn't seem so narrow-minded. They did say that witches were wrongly prosecuted and that all the chaos was practically caused by self-defense. No one can honestly believe that there are only good witches. And the crap about the Christians..ARE YOU SERIOUS? I'm not saying that there couldn't be a pastor out there (which by the way is what Christians actually call their preachers) that's as completely psychotic as your obviously suggesting they are, but to say that all pastors sacrifice people or animals to control reapers has to be a joke. And not one of those funny ha-ha ones!

"This is what christians beleived about 'witches', and its all crap they made up to cover up the fact that their priests had been trying to controll reapers through sacrafice. Please revise your information."Hey,I'm a christian, and it's not that we believe you are evil,it's just that Christians believe that the energy that makes your spells work comes from a evil force. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. oh god here we go, brining religion in again. in many games/stories/movies and even in history, the christians screw everything up. not bashing here, but theyve done a lot of things incorrectly in history (ie: the spanish inquisition). i bring up fiction because much of it is based on reality. assassins creed for example show the papacy sponsoring world conquest, even though that is only a few corrupt individuals. the same happens in so many books. no offense to you ragdoll, but there may not be dark magic in the church, but its for bloody sure there is corruption, which in my mind is pretty close

Well sure I know some people are christian but at the same time are bad people.Heck I used to talk about sex 24/7,and would sometimes make my friends feel... uncomfortable, but luckily for everyone on this site I have changed and if I wasn't then I probably would've been banned from this site for forever.

Well dirty minds lead to corruption. It's like you try a little bit of some sort of drug, and then you want more and more and more.I eventually started to get into fight everyday and cussed every second.I stopped early enough so I wouldn't become worse. Now a dirty mind might not be much but if you let go of yourself you get a little corrupt and then more corrupt and then even more corrupt. What I trying to say is that it gets worse over time.I still kinda want to murder my parents.
