Surround yourself with positivity.
Shadow people are manifestations of negative energy. If something negative is binding it to you, try unbinding it with the positive. Problem is that you have to think back to when it started following you, and remember what the negativity was that attracted it to you, and that my friend can be a number of different things. Emotional, spiritual, mental, physical . . . something negative from that day. 6  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?
