I'm fairly certain that this is just the other name for Jinn (aka genies). 5  out of 7 found this valuable. Do you?

Really? What do you base this information from?

If it's true it could be really helpful. ^_^

I might actually be getting it confused with the Jann, which are a type of djinn.

Sry.

The article says it's of the INTERMEDIATE races between angels and humans, which is that the Djinn (or Jan, whatever you want to call them) are. The Djinn/Jan race live in between the divine and mortal realms (the word intermediate in this case is speaking of location, not race). Seeing as they /can/ interact with both the angelic realm and the human realm, it makes sense to describe them thus. There are actually tales of humans having Jan/Djinn ancestors, however, if you want to talk about cross-breeding. Just an interesting bit of detail some folks may not know about ^_^.

If any of this is inaccurate, please correct me. as my name suggests, I'm not going to bite your head off imediately (unless you're being a butt,, but that's only because you provoked me).
