when were they born, and where did they live?

The Harpies mostly moved around. The only mythology on them is found in Greece so that is where they supposedly lived, I'm not sure where specifically. As for where they were born, they weren't actually born, I'm pretty sure one of the female gods created them in a moment of spite. Double check that though. Do you find this valuable?
