Thankyou to whomever took the time to correctly tell of Lilith in Her Greatness.
There is a sect of Satanism, (Luciferianism) that is dedictated to the figure of the Demon Goddess Lilith.
Anton LaVey supports the praise of Lilith, but rejects the idolisation of Her. We all have our own opinions..

Of course they gonna demonized lilith, she the first womans rights activist. She was the first and the first mans partner, not freaking peace of crap that man can slap around. Good for lilith for dumping that bumb ass ADAM. He couldn't handle a strong minded woman that all and that was his equal. Do you find this valuable?

Actually no. as i understand it, some women (feminists) worship lilith and diana as some kind of goddess of some sort. How she became a goddess who knows. wait i think shes the goddess thats invoked for protection of all kinds. Do you find this valuable?

Well she's giving birth to demons. On a constant basis. That, I think, would put her in the demon category. Do you find this valuable?

Thats hear say. This myth was created by people that was scared of things that went bump in the night. So why not blame it on a woman that spoke her mind. Oh boy was that a so called sin. Funny moses didn't bump into these so called demons at the red sea. Do you find this valuable?

Granted the original tale of Lilith's birth is a strong example of anti-feminism. But her feminism role, going off the text now, is only modern. Literature describing her children as demons are many and go back further. If anything 'was created by people' it is more likely to be the modern day suggestion that she didn't give birth to demons. If you're implying shady as some sort of far flung and ridiculous conspiracy theory involving monumental secrets and Lizard Men...

I agree. 0_0

I kinda agree with melanjo and Dous777. I'm not so sure about this myth...and I havn't read about her in the bible yet...but that really don't matter. If Lilith is real, keep her away fom me, I don't want anything to do with that...I don't cuss, but u can fill in the blank. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I agree, and it has nothing to do with conspiracies, just look at all of the things the person who posted this came up. I mean, Gilgamesh is Babylon myth, not Christian. In Christianity, it was Noah. There are many mythologies mixed into this one so I'm not sure I believe it completely. Some of it may be right, but it doesn't matter, God made man to be imperfect, just as he made women to be imperfect, even if you go according to the legend, She made mistakes as well as Adam. Sure, he was unwilling to give in a bit, but so was she. I think God intended us all to work together, not against each other. So may Adam have been a jerk, sure, but she was no Lilly of the Valley either. I don't even care if she did give birth to demons or not, they should have tried to work out their issues...lol, but of course there were no therapists back then huh ;) I don't think Moses would have bumped into the demons at the Red Sea anyway, first of all, they both say Red Sea, but not where along the Red Sea, and of course there was the fact that God was protecting and guiding them, I'm sure if he created a world, it wouldn't be very hard to either keep the demons at bay, or hide the Israelites from them. Now of course all of this is just my opinion, other than pointing out the inconsistencies of which mythology is which. I don't really care that it's wrong, but it just shows that the whole thing is shaky at best anyway. Also, I am a female and would never personally let a man walk all over me, but I would try to meet him half way. And, I'm only pointing this out because it's a pet peeve; feminism, before the feminist movement was meant to mean that one believes in equality for all, not just women...so...well, if you go by the original definition (which I personally do, doesn't mean anyone else has to), then the story of Lilith has nothing to do with feminism, or anti-feminism. Do you find this valuable?
