I have a close friend who experinced the following in a dream. . . then it happened for real. . . . She was led into the basement by a ghostwho wore a top hat and was all bloodied up. . . She followed him down and he made sure she didnt move, he looked up, she looked up, nothing there, again it happened and a force of energy went at her and the ghost guy pushed her out of the way (created by a ghost he had fought before in the dream, details on that later) and the ghost guy was flung into the wall by trhe force. He grabbed my friend and pulled her up the stairs and locked her out of the house, she had a key, she heard noises like glass breaking, she opened the door and the guy did the same as before...... she heard a ghost type scream and ran back inside ( scared as heck) To see a more human like gut( in same top hat and same everything, screaming. he was on his knees. . . what does this mean? 20  out of 25 found this valuable. Do you?

Maybe it a ghost haunting the house. otherwise maybe it saying get out of the damn house 1  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

True . . . But there was another one. . . I did forget a few things. . . . the ghost saved her from a stronger looking guy (he was a ghost too! 1  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

O_o Kat suspects a haunting!!
It does sound like the ghost is trying to tell her something. It's either. . ."GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE" or "HELP ME PLEASE". I assume the first one, since the scene was so violent. Consider that a warning - something like that that happens in a dream is a SIGN. A warning sign. Telling her to effing RUN.
A ghost will battle for it's "freedom". Or maybe it's just unhappy about being dead. 1  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

That is what i think, okay, so me friend had a dream ansd woke up, and the same thing happened. This is the first thing that happened after the dream. She woke up and saw a ghost in a top hat. he led her to the basement. he looked around, she did the same, nothing there. he points behind her, nothing there. she looks again, and a big guy was there. the ghosts started fighting. top hat ghost took her up the stairs. . . everything stopped. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. the post before this was a dream and then was real. . . . Here is the final part of the terror that happened. So she finally got the guts to go down into the basement again, and top hat was at the top of the stairs. he looked around and my friend was frozen there, horrified, untill he pushed her out od the way of something. the top hat ghost was pushed into the wall by something invisable to my friends eyes. top hat got up, dragged her up the stairs and pushed her outside, locking her out. she had a key, so after a little while ( crashes and screams of the ghosts were going on) she got up and unlocked the door, opening it, the top hat ghost pushes her out again and shakes his head. she came in a second time to see top hat ghost on his knees screaming. To her he seemed more human like at that point. End of detailed ( non confused type of details) story. 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Well Whatever it is, i wold keep an eye out for both ghost. Tell her to think over her dream and experince...look for clues. That may help her figure out what is going on... Do you find this valuable?

i have posted on alot of the same things you have, its a haunting a powerful one but the first of its kind i have seen the house its self is haunted not the people in it, its a violent scene that replays and replays, they say thats worst thing about dieing and not making it to the other side your bent in a time loop always reliving what killed you. We cleansed a house where peircing screams would keep the residents up and night and the sounds of something being built in the basement, burn sage, im Native American so thats my suggestion. keep Crsytals in the house look into angelite or Flourite or jasper it sound ground the house after a cleansing. Its helping thoose stuck there. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Oh, so the basement part wasn't a dream? Okay, I understand now.
Hmmmm. . .well it seems the top hat ghost is trying to protect her. Did the big guy ghost try hurting her or coming at her or anything?
I seriously suspect that the top hat one is either trying to protect her or trying to tell her something. Do you find this valuable?

She saw thebig guy behind her after she saw the top hat. Part one of the detailed mess was a dream, then once she woke up. .. it happened. He would not talk to her, and she was scared out of her wits (poor her) But that is what we thought pineapple, that top hat was protecting her. Do you find this valuable?

Top hat was warning her about the other ghost. the other ghost could be minor demon. Im honestly not sure. Top hat could even be an angel. Im honestly not sure.
Anyways getting some spiritual help, like a priest or a demonslayer might help. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Is there no one that suspect that these "ghosts" arent ghosts? I have never heard of a ghost that speaks through a dream. It sounds more like a spirit or a demon. Anything else that has happend? If it is a ghost, it would left more signs. Do you find this valuable?

look mate this is not a ghost or a demon, they do not come to us in our sleep, was this the only time this happened? I would believe this girl to be a visionary before i would that a demon, there are more then one type of ghost many things are tied into the Spirit realm. Its hard to define what this means unless you know for sure what you are dealing with. 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I'll try to lend a response. Okay, does she suffer from mental disease or defect that may cause visual/audio/tactile hallucination and that are very believable? Does she have a history of telling stories or exaggerating things? And finally, does she have issues with sleepwalking or does she have waking dreams very often? if no to all I would seek help from a religious leader from HER personal faith. Also, I would try to observe these events personally. Has it happened again since? Could you perhaps witness it yourself? Have you ever slept at her home and had very strange dreams yourself? Can you investigate her basement with cameras (still and video) and audio recorders. Leave a 6 hour tape on all night to record and see what you hear. Certain things found on evidence may give you more options. Such vivid encounters are almost never associated with Ghosts, so be prepared and seek holy protection before you enter the domain. Lords Prayer and Hail Mary's are very strong, if you ever feel in danger drop an our father and get out. seek holy ground and religious council. Dont screw around with something strong enough to manifest itself so clearly and powerfully. Leave sage burning and spirit conflict to the pros. Doing it yourself may offer half a solution or may just piss things off. Be cautious but be smart too, never get taken in by charlatans who only are interested in robbing you to solve your issues. Vete your mediums and spirit healers very carefully :) good luck. 1  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?

I disagree with spiritual1006 though. I constanly have demons threaten me through dreams. I have to force myself to awaken. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
