Firstly, I've seen a vid almost identical to this with ghosts in, and the ghosts looked completely fake, it was pretty obvious... secondly, I would think the people who were in that vid would have noticed it. I would only consider thinking it's real if I actually saw that program of them showing the house or whatever, these people could have just edited it and put it on. Do you find this valuable?

Alright, I looked at the actual program and it was there. Maybe it's real, but there's a possibility it could be a camera man, a person walkin around while the program is occuring, a trick of the light or whatever... Do you find this valuable?
