if any of you have read the Night World series, then you know a ghoul is basically a vampire who doesn't get enough vampire blood in its system in the exchange and has too little human blood to survive, basically a zombie, except called a ghoul. hey anyone an L. J smith fan? 2  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

No... On books they put on other names and monsters to let it fit.
Zombies dies when they don`t get blood.
