It sounds an awful lot like the Tikoloshe , which was a type of African Vampire, which rather than feed on blood or life, it raped women and fed upon the energies released during passionate sex, and also left them pregnant. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

According to legend, you take from it one of its three thickest spines. Then you leap onto it rodeo style and tie it with a 'specially-prepared cord', then hang on until it's too pooped to fight you off. After that you control it.

Or alternately, like many creatures that can lead you astray, turning your clothes inside out will befuddle the trickster until you're far enough away. Do you find this valuable?

Hmm. I read strange story where the tikoloshe was portrayed as something of a meat-eater. It took bites out of a woman each time it met her. Do you find this valuable?
