No. There is no mention of Cain being the first Vampire anywhere apart from the game Vampire by White Wolf. Cain' curse was that none could kill him lest they and many others in turn died, not undeath and the desire for human blood. He founded a city which was then destroyed by the great flood along with Nephilim and hosts of demons and other things. Do you find this valuable?
