like how? the hollywood crap that you change on a full moon and go on a killing spree??? or the REAL people like ME who are SHAPESHIFTERS or therians as they're often called? because I'M a shapeshifter but yes a werewolf to an extent. werewolf means man-wolf and technically thats what i am though i am a girl. so which is it?

I'm a shapeshifter to. Cat. I don't know if it's the same for yu but every time I go to sleep I dream I'm a cat. Or, if I don't I wake up covered in mud (no joke) or with unexplained scratches on my arms. I usually wake up curled in a ball, under my blanket.

i dont know about inner enything but i have some behavioral issues that dogs have like food gaurding and territory as in not wanting people to touch some of my stuff

Ok, just to set things strait, anyone can be a shape shifter. How to:1. get into a good position(for mediation) 2. begin ti meditate 3. chose an animal of choice. Join with the animal. Move how it does. Stay in this form for as long as you want. When finished, thank the spirit and open your eyes. That simple. You can call upon traits of and animal,(e.g. a lions courage in a time of danger). But, dont always become the same animal,(e.g. the stubbornness and care free pride of a lion). Any questions? not sure what is going on but when i get angry my teeth get sharp my eyes reflect light and i am territorial i also seem to be stronger what is up with that i am confused sometimes it feels like im about to change physically into something inhuman what is hapening!

That is all. It is amazing how many of you make these claims without any solid, or even minimal proof. The only thing we have to go by are your words, and that simply is not enough. In todays world, evidence is everything, and until you people can provide the common people with evidence of your mythical natures, noone will believe you.
