dragon myths

are dragons scared of panther? breatha dn when they roar?????oh and did they actually guared some childern and be acquantances to some people... and did they get elephants and kill them and why did they kill the elphants? and have you got any more dragon myths or legends? 0  out of 3 found this valuable. Dragons are not scared of panthers.
They breath in before they roar and then breath out to roar.
Yes, they could guard children and befriend people. Depending on the dragon if it was "good" or "evil", many would protect the innocent as well. Some dragon species actually admire humans in general, and secretly live among them as well. Dragons are commonly seen as creatures of the earth, meaning they are shy and carry about their own business.
And elephants were probably not seen around during times of dragons. I would guess dragons that were hungry would have attacked and eaten them, just as you would attack and eat a dog if you were starving, but elephants may have been a common food. Considering dragons need lairs, elephants were in savanna terrain. Dragons would be out in the open. But, I could be wrong.
