I am a new member to this site, doing research for an on-line game I am currently designing. I cannot believe that ya'll are still revisiting this subject without a little investigation first. As a former member of the broadcast media, I learned that you can't take anything for granted because here-say an speculation ends up distorting your original inquiries and places a heavier burden of research.
Some even go off half-cocked and attempt to present their gathered "evidence" as fact, and end up on the wrong side of ethic's law by way of misinformation or ignorant conjecture.
C'mon people, apply a little restraint and do a small amount of research and we will stop this "diarrhea of disinformation" that appears to be spewing out into our wiki.
With that ugly business behind us I would like to say that the 12 Elder's that you may be inquiring about are contained in Revelations. But the number referred to in the bible is "four and twenty."

Revelation 4:4 "Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads."

As for the identity of the 24, I was able to find this in my research. I hope this helps:

1. Adam
2. Abel (deceased)
3. Seth
4. Enosh
5. Cainan
6. Mahalalel
7. Jared
8. Enoch
9. Methuselah
10. Lamech
11. Noah
12. Shem
13. Arphaxad
14. Cainan
15. Shelah
16. Eber
17. Peleg
18. Reu
19. Serug
20. Nahor
21. Terah
22. Abraham
23. Isaac
24. Jacob
