I thought that wendigos happen in mountainous regions and you become one, beside possesions, by cannibalism during harsh, wintry weather. Thats what I heard. Do you find this valuable?

Those were my original thoughts also. Turns out wendigos had many convicting beliefs about them. Even more so when people confuse 'Wendigo the Spirit of Lonely Places' with this wendigo. Do you find this valuable?
