"nomes" is spelled G-n-o-m-e-s. I do not know if they are real, but the stories I read about them are cute!

This is a reply to Aliens? Gnomes are Aliens?Ofcourse Gnomes are real, you can buy them at the Garden Centre, and there is a website where you can adopt a Gnome! They are one of the mythical creatures that is recognised to be created by man, i forgot who it's creator is, but it was made to be a elemental for Earth. Do you find this valuable? |

Hehehe, it's the truth. A fragile species, which smash into tiny piece if dropped, or thrown from your window onto the street below...

I for one am a believer in the ideal of "innocent until proven guilty". Unfortunately this isn't the case for the fascist art of parenting.

You can hardly blame a child for breaking a ceramic gnome. Those things are unsettling as is, and after R.L. Stine got through with them...

Hehehe. I remember the old Goosebumps stories. Some, if i think of them now, were pretty unsettling for a children's dark story. I remember one, where a family move home, and the entire town where they moved to, wanted to eat them, all that was protecting them was some holly wreath thing.Back to Gnomes, yes, not only are they mysterious, but how fagile they are, they beg to be destroyed! The temptation is too great for anyone especially a child! Leaving a kid alone with a ceramic gnome is like tying a dog up with sausages.

"The temptation is too great for anyone especially a child! Leaving a kid alone with a ceramic gnome is like tying a dog up with sausages. "A very good analogy. I was a child, who loved to break pointless things, even now the temptation to destroy certain things gets the better of me, sometimes. Or if a opportunity presents itself where i can pull a really funny, well to me, but nasty practical joke on someone, i will grab that opportunity with both hands. Do you find this valuable? |
