whats the name of the first werewolf this myth was started around? Do you find this valuable?

It says Lycaos, but werewolves have been around longer than that. I remember reading about Ishtar, and if one of her human male partners insulted her, she would turn them into wolves. Freaky, huh? Do you find this valuable?
