Nov 3 2009, 10:14 PM EST because fallen angels are on the FALLEN ANGELS section. besides that, after an angel fell it kinda was refered to as A DEVIL, and not so much as an angel enymore. thats why Satan is called both THE fallen angel and THE devil.
