I need HELP!!!!

I need help in my history class. We are studying world mythology, and I need a name to fit these specs:These creatures take a human form, but can also take certain animal forms, according to the person. They can feel and sometimes feed off of energy. They speak mainly mentally to their own kind. 3 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

Depends what genera. You could have: Angels Witches Warlocks Dragons Furies Shapeshifters Crusniks Some phantoms leech type ghouls (not likely though due to telepathic thing) And its your work so you figure it out. Here you have the ideas to start of with. Do you find this valuable? |

well aren't vampires the living dead? so that would make sense =P unless you mean that there are vampires deader than others, if that makes sense

maybe. however the any animal shape shifting and the mental comunication are not their thing really. but its plausable.
