I'm an Artist. And i know, i have done Factal Reconstution of Animal skulls, turning them into dragons, and such. And it is Really REALLY Hard to make something look that real. I'm not saying that it can't be fake. but making it so seemless. Thats' something only a few people can do. 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

All it takes is for that few to have the initiative to create a hoax like that, and viola. Do you find this valuable?
