On your first mentioning of pegasus on this page wouldn't it be better to say pegasi? If that's how you spell it any way. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Point. Though at the moment it's just a list. If it is in the Greek Mythology section we may keep it as it is as more people will identify it as the horse from the legends.

also, just needed a bit of clarification. Wasn't pegasus the name of the winged horse rather than the species?

Ravenite & Pegasus, "Pegasus" is an actual character-constellation in Greek Mythology. But in this day and age, you could use the term "pegasus" or "pterippus" / pl: "pegasi" or "pterippi" respectively to mean 'Any' winged horse.
