Myth or real?
Fossils have been found so it must have existed or something similar must of. But, there is no evidence that it still exists.

yes according to what i was told scientists have uncovered a cave in the ottawa river that held a swimming dino that survived by hiding in the cave but the bad thing is that it got away before they could identify it and capture it
so imagine what we might find in caves that are not even opened yet

This creature isnt cryptozoological , it really existed. Its existence isnt even in controversy. They have proof, fossilized teeth. it disappeared about 1.5 million years ago, and noone seems to know why, thats why people suspect it to still be alive somewhere like at the deep areas of the ocean. . One theory is when the ancient toothed whale died out the Megalodon lost its main prey source.
