I'm sure many of you were asking yourselves how you could help out the community. Don't lie, you were.
Maybe you don't know any more creatures than what we already have? Could be your busy schedule doesn't give you the time to be pefecting your prose and establishing the facts (mythical or otherwise). You'd like to contribute, but know not how. Well here's your chance. I am asking for volunteers to carry out a project. Just search our many pages and insert a reference at the bottom of any that may require one. Ideally this should only be done to those pages that are carbon copies. Most will be from wikipedia. Reference them like this - [Source: Wikipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reference] Or whatever similar layout seems appropriate. People contributing to this project can expect pats on the head, as well as constant repeats of the phrase "Who's a good boy/girl?". But it's a start. Ta to the lot of ya. |

Yeah, so anyways we got stuff that needs doing that you lot can now all help me with. Isn't it exciting? There are currently 4573 threads (4574 now) on the discussion board and growing by the day. What we need to do is knock these back to about 1000 threads so as to be more managable. Obviously I mean deleting threads starting from the oldest. And after that I may even let you whitewash my fence. Enjoy! |

i know someone who works for a company that get's many diffrent samples and weird things that come out of people. and she got a sample with some wierd diffrent parasite that she's never seen or heard of before. they were like bugs about a ft. long i guess it looked kind of like a worm mixed with a beetle.
but soon after it was locked up in a secure part of the facility that only a few people have access to. and she can't get any information on them or what they were and all the files of who and where they came from have been locked and taken. |

Let's face it,horror movies suck(or at least the recent one's).Why?Because they're all the same.They all have three things in common.
1.They're so freaking obvious.Everytime.It's like we're not worth surprising anymore.Sometimes you don't even have to see the trailer to know what it's about,how it ends,who survives,and that it probably sucks.All you need is too see the main characters.Why?Because 2.The most attractive people survive and then they fall in love with the other most attractive person. Take the new “The Thing” for example.There's two women.One's forty and already has wrinkles.The other is at most 25 and has no(visible)imperfections(I'm not saying she's very attractive though). Who do you thinks survives?I don't even need to tell you because you already know.And now it's time for reason three. 3.They just f***ing suck.In other words they're not scary.They have no ambiance,no surprises,no nothing.Just some mild gore and horny teens.Honestly I think Japan makes WAY better horror movies.The first time I saw the Grudge I had nightmares.Why?Because Despite the lack of gore it just had an eerie ambiance,was just plain creepy,and kinda made me feel like I was in the movie.When I say that I mean that I had they feeling someone would get if you know you can't escape something and in the end it will get you.You know,a sense of urgency Also,they're making a lot of remakes that are worse than the original(that was actually pretty good). |

Well actually it was my mum when she was a small child. This is all completely true could anyone please help explain it thanks. When my mum was a little girl she was playing in the front garden with some dolls she had. The house had like a small passageway on the side which led to the back garden. She was playing when she turned around and saw a large orange see trough figure in the passage. It was distinctivley orange but also see through if you get what I mean. It was rather large and was just smiling. Like properly grinning. My mum screamed as the figure walked towards a crack in the passage wall and disappeared into it. My mum swears to this day that she saw this figure. If anyone has any idea what it was please let us know thanks and also what it means. Thanks
