When I am block on a story I'm working on I put it down and start writing something else that is so completely out of the ordinary that it usually helps me get back on track.
Example - If I have writers block on a story I'm working on about witches. I'd put that down and write a short story on an a koi fish that hates the pond where he lives (crappy food and plastic plants) and longs to move to the local lake in the park that he heard a crow talking about. Usually it just takes a little time and I am right back on track with my original story. Hope it helps.

In Homer and other early representations, the Harpies were storm winds:
•Aello - squall or hurricane
•Okypete - swift-flying
•Celaeno - dark (as a storm cloud is dark)
•Podarge - swift-foot (mother, by Zephyrus the West Wind, of Xanthus and Balius, the horses of Achilles)

A book of fae or as they are incorrectly (by my reckoning at least) termed, 'faeries' will probably have them in. Though I don't know of any particular titles.

Can ne1 help me with this?? im trying to remember this story of down some desserted road there is supposedly this small dinosauric/dragon like critter--- there was some actual footage at one time and i cant remember anything about it after "chemo"...any tips would be helpful :D
