Humanity only has a small fraction of knowledge of all marine life, there is still aloooooot of stuff we dont know about the water world, there is still much to learn, and there are more species out there, alot... so lets not get carried away saying it doesnt exist, because we only know so little of the sea world, and Magnathorax isn't the only sea creature out there, there are way more
