Lucifer aka Satan didn't rebel because he didn't want to love the humans more than God, he wanted to be God, he wanted everyone to worship him, but only 1/3 of the angels wanted the same, so there was a huge battle and Satan, along with the 1/3 of the angels that sided with him, were cast out of Heaven. READ THE BIBLE! It's all in there.

Lucifer aka Satan the worst and evilest Angels in the bible. Before Satan tried to betray God he was the strongest and beautifulest Angel in Heaven. When God created man he told his Angels to love the Humans more then there creater but Lucifer refused to listen to God. Then he gatherd Angels to tell them to take God out but they thought God did not know what there planning but God did he heard them like he was right there listening. But Lucifer failed his plan to take God down and the reason he failed was because God was the creator of the Heavens & the Earth nobody except Satan him self can betray God. Then God casted Satan from Heaven to Earth to a terrible place called Hell. Where the Angels who tryed to betray God would burn for all eternity in fire & brimstone. Then Satan was the God of Hell to watch the spirits from escaping Hell. Then God told Satan that when the end of times come he'll be thrown in the lake of fire for TEN THOUSAND years. My belief will sound strange but I heard legends say that Heavens above and Hell is underneath and also read in the bible that Hell fire doesn't give off no light and few years after that i seen a picture of the surface of the SUN and realised that the fire aka solar flares were not given off no light in the sky. But the surface was light but the sky was dark and made me beleave that the SUN is more likely to be Hell. I'm not saying that the SUN is Hell or Hell i underneath but my belief is God could of made the SUN the eternal place of punishment. And the reason God did not say the SUN is Hell is because he knows ASTRONAUTS would try to go to the SUN and find out if the SUN is really Hell. I hope those who read my story enjoyed it and hope people will agree and think about if Hell is above us but we just don't know where Heaven & Hell truely is at story writen by T T-L.

There is a movie that's suppose to come out based on these 2 famous biblical characters. The title is called Paradise Lost (yes the poem). It's currently on hold because they need to reduce their budget and suppose to be released in 2013. If any more info. comes out, I'll let you know if enough people show interest in the movie.

Older forms of Lucifer (false light)/Satan come from the Hebrew tradition. He was at first a prosecutor. The temptation of Adam & Eve was to convince God that humans were not as loyal or trustworthy as the Angels in Heaven and should not be placed higher than Angels in Eden, God's garden on Earth. There was no evil known to man until he tempted Adam & Eve to eat the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. Satan saw himself as the redeemer of Angels and set out to tempt humans to fall from grace with God. He could do no evil to men himself. He could only use what has become to be known as the Seven Deadly Sins to tempt humans away from God. There are Earth bound spirits that Satan uses as minions to persuade humans to evil acts. The Earth Spirits formed out of the Earth and have no connection to God, or heaven. [Possessions are usually the Earth bound spirits taking a host, not Satan]. Most biblical scholars believe the Book of Revelations was about the Fall of Rome, not the end of times. So, Satan is already separated from God and cannot make any cases, pro or con, on humans being worthy of God's love.
The knowledge of what is good and what is evil, what is right and what is wrong, is inherent in Humans since our fall from the Garden of Eden. Choosing to do the wrong action, and justify it as reasonable to obtain a personal goal, is the basic form of evil. A separation from God is the distinction of Hell, and that is what Satan rules over. Images of a scarier, torturous realm of Hell are used to create a place as real to the congregations as Heaven is to them. Prior to Revelations being added to the layman versions of the Bible, Hell was a place without God. Which sufficed to keep most people coming to church, but it did nothing to 'fire' up the congregations to spread the gospel. Unfortunately, it worked so well that the Inquisition (the fight against heretics) and Witch trials became acceptable solutions to weed out evil. |

Dear person that wrote this.... Micheal was/is still the sureme commander of heaven in fact, he is second in commad always was and always will. And there is no proof that them two were brothers and also Lucifer was the ost beautiful and smartest of all the angels, so him and Micheal were pretty evenly matched againest eachother but Micheal won and cast all Lucifer and all the angels that rebelled down to hell. That is how the story really went.

well.... from wat i heard sounds like god is basicly forcing things onto everything..... and didnt he make freewill?? kinda sounds like someones messed up in the head like lucifer just wanted to love god nothin else but he said love humans or perish..... sounds like forcing to me... that sounds sooooo nice

God created the angels, satan, the devil, the humans and everything else. Why would you listen to Satan? He's just leading you to the wrong road. God told us to obey him, so we should, not listen to someone else. God owns us. It doesn't matter if we worshipped god and put our lives to only obey or if we hated god to the most degree possible and listened to satan. God still owns us. ... We should listen to God so we can go to heaven and live for eternity there, happily forever, fame and those stuff is not important for heaven,just doing good things is. I'm just saying te truth.

I worship Lord Satan...I never really knew why anybody really hated Lord Satan...He never did anything to us that we must hate him...He is great I would say I mean at lest he is better then God...I dont mean to hurt or make anyone mad because I said that bt still Lord Satan is way better then anyone...666

the seraphim are the most powerful angels, said to have eight wings. Four of them outstretched, two covering their eyes, and two covering where their genitals "would" be. Said to be the only being able to ever hear or look upon god, which is actually their job, to look and believe upon him at all times. So lucifers love was really contested, considering their is 7 of them.

Lucifer was most beloved of god and loved god fiercely. when god asked him to love humans more than god, he couldnt stand the idea, (such was his love for god). God interpreted it as betrayal and punished this disobedience savagely. however, from lucifer's point of view it was probably the most alliegance showing thing he could have done/said when presented with the command. Of course when someone does something them think is inherantly right and are punished for it anyway, they get all grumpy and bitter. hence satan's modern interpretation as being "evil". As god is a creature of boundless love, his ( for lack of a better word) feelings were probably hurt by satan's dissassociation with the love he had for what he hath wrought. And satan was probably a little jealous that something else had more of god's attention than he. Its all very romantic.

Michael was the eldest and then it went Lucifer. now when god created the world and made man for the first time he wanted all of his sons and daughters to love the humans. Michael was the good soilder so he followed these orders but Lucifer on the ther hand rebelled against these for his love love was only to god. so when this act of disobedience occured god banished Lucifer to the worst place that god created. so then Lucifer became the king of hell. Lucifer had sons and daughters of his own known as Demons. when the epic battle known as the Apocolypse happens Michael and Lucifer will battle to the death to found the new ruler of Earth.

God asked the angels of the heavens to serve the humans. When Satan refused to lower himself down enough to serve humans, God cast him out from heaven. The lowest type of angel is the kind of angel that Michael is, and Michael cast Satan out from heaven.
