The Huldra is a beatuifull woman from the Norwgian folklore, she is said to have long blond hair and allways wear a crown made of flowers , the only thing that separate her from humans is that she has a tail of a cow, and this is what make most men run when they see her.
she was known to seduce young unmarried men into the mountain, and would not let them out unless the man married her and made a christian woman of her.

If a man married her however (in a church in the name of god) she would turn ugly and loose her tail, but in return she would get really strong and could run a farm on her own.
