This is a load of garbage. Draconians were a sub race created by the authors Weiss and Hickman in the DragonLance stories written for TSR and continued under Wizards of the Coast.
Draconians were originally the product of black magic worked on the eggs of the five classes of good dragons. The eggs of the lowest good dragon, the brass, produced the simplest form of draconian and each egg yielded a fairly large number of them. The lowest draconians were the bozaks. When they were killed their bodies would briefly turn to stone, trapping any weapon that killed them. The highest, and rarest draconians were hatched from the eggs of the gold dragons. They were the auraks. When they died their bodies exploded. They were also smarter then humans and could become skilled magic users.
In the future, before posting about supposed mythological creatures, one should be cautious as to what sources one uses. Typically bestiaries are a good place to start, at least far better then New Age trash on the Barnes and Noble shelf.
