I doubt that a creature like this is deadly.

If it was the size of an otter, that could be killed by a dagger, Then Its a wonder why it could kill so many, and there must be more, as there were two.

Maybe it's true, maybe it's not. We wouldn't actually know it the dobhar-chu was fiction or real unless we actually saw it. If you have an open mind about this creature being realistic and do some intense research on it, maybe you'd find your answer. Anyways, I think this is pretty awesome; a huge monster otter? It's definetly one of the most non-******** legends I've read about

Hm. Could be true I guess. Nothing wrond with deformed, rabid otter running lose. Though reading the story it sounds kinder porno seeing as it was asleep on her BREAST. Then the dude stabbed it in the breast (do otters even HAVE breats?) with his dagger. So if someone can give me proof of it's exsistance, I'm sure I'd be quite willing to believe. Hope this helps, toodles.

Well, i don't know about all that, maybe she was killed by her husband and said it was this creature. All i know is, sometimes there are things out there. But im banking on the husband killing her, if not she probably was raped and killed too by someone one else. These things are still around ( their cousins) and humans are not on their menu. Its just hysteria... and ignorance.

"Breast" is simply another word for "chest" - it does not necessarily mean mammary organs, especially in older usages. In any case, of course otters have breasts - they're mammals!
