I saw a black dog when I was 10. I was sitting on my porch it was just getting dark when I saw this shadow like black dog running towards me. It had deep red eyes, and I smelled something like sulfur would smell like. It ran towards me and made me crash into my front it hit me with such force.

I'm not superstitious at all. But about a year ago, I was walking around outside - I think it must have been about 7pm but it was really dark. I was taking my dog for a walk. We went on our usual route, through the forest a bit. It was kind of dumb of me because there was loads of bears about, but I was pretty sure my rottie would protect me from anything I came across... but I started to get that horrible feeling that I was being watched. I kept seeing weird things in the shadows, but whenever I tried to look at them they'd disappear. I heard this really creepy laugh, like a hyena. Then, when I got out of the forest, I swear I saw a huge dog-thing run in front of a car, but whoever was driving the car didn't seem to notice. I was completely freaking out by then, but I'm a rational person, so I just kept walking. I figured it was all my imagination, and I'm sure I would still believe that, except that my dog suddenly started growling at something. I swear, he never growls. At which point I just ran home as fast as I could.
That was a year ago. Nobody in my family has died or anything since, so... what does it mean? |

when i was standing outside alone at my bus stop a gigantic black dog appeared from no where. It growled and barred its teeth at me. I was scared so i backed away from it and it followed me. I turned away from it thinking if i didn't look it in the eyes it wouldn't harm me. When i turned back around to see if it was still there it was gone but i could still feel it looking at me from somewhere i do not know. A week later my favorite cousin and his wife died in a terrible accident.

when i was 13 years old.i saw a black dog but it wasent solid and it was huge. it would show up out of nowhere growling and baring its teeth.When i was 18 it showed up the night before my fieance died in a car accident i havent seen it since.

I was 7 years old when me and my family went to my grandmas house we were sitting on the dark night and this is when my grandmother told me a story about her as a little girl she was adventuring the woods with her father when her father told her to stay cause her father was chopping out the trees she saw something in the woods she said she saw a giant black dog with very long teeth and claws and it has a really red like eyes glowing looking at her that she thinks she made something wrong and every night when she wakes up in the middle of the night she always so that dogs red glowing eyes and thats how i knew that what my grandmother tell me when everything you see its true it means its true because that giant dog that my grandmother told me about her as a kid it was now following to me

I saw the black dog once, when i was little in 3rd or 4th grade. One day i went to my dada house and played tag with my 2 half brothers and my only sister. my dad lived at a place called scary creek and there was a spot near a creek with a bunch of tall trees we were forbidden to go. Well, as we were playing tag, i stopped at the edge of a hill leading the the forbidden spot. I saw a shadowy figure up in one of the tall trees in the shape of some kind of animal, but i couldnt tell what animal it was. The figure didnt move and im the only one who saw it. Later that night, i was woken up by a voice. It was a deep male voice who was demanding me to look outside the window. I was scared and my first thought was to say something along the lines of "in the name of god leave this place and leave me alone". The voice got madder and the bed began to shake and the covers began to come off me. So i finally told the voice ill look outside. When i opened up the blinds and i saw a black dog with red eyes and sharo with teeth smiling at me and dwarling. It was also growling too. we stared at each orher for a very long minute. I was scared and i wanted to prove a point to my sister that i so see things and hear things and its not kisty imagination so o woke my sister up who was sleeping right beside me. I opened up the blinds and the dog was gone. So, stupid wento outside to see if i saw it again but it was gone. I even went to where it was standing, i didnt even see and paw peimts. Almost every day after that i saw thw dog everywhere i went. I swear it was following me and haunting me. I dont remember how long it did follow. But it did evenrually atop. I had a dream that it was playing with my best friend at her apartment. In the dream me and my friend was playing in her room and her mom was aleeping. The mom screamed and when we got to herroom she was dead. It came dor us but i escaped. Not too long after my friends mom died. Thats when the black dog went away

I once saw something that was like a wolf when I was little, but more like a shadow while I was in the car once. We were on the highway in Ohio, and there are usually forests bordering highways (which there was here). I saw this shadow-like wolf on the side of the road, and I don't recall whether it began moving before I looked away for a moment or not, but when I looked back it was gone. Does this sound like a Hellhound or me just being crazy (don't be afraid to chose option 2, I get that a lot) ?

Personally, I find Black Dogs to be beautiful and mysterious. They're description intrueges me the most, I'm not entirely sure why though.

This is so creepy. I had a nightmare with this black dog that was so fast you could hardly make out it was a dog. Everone was afraid of it. And it had red gaps that glowed for eyes. And it would haunt me in the dream. It was practically invincible. Finally it caught me and it just laughed and walked away. And I shared this with my friend and a description of that dog and she said it reminded her of a myth she had heard on some tv show and i looked it up and got this.

Do they represent any warnings signs to see one? This sounds absolutely insane but my friend has one as a pet right now... he found it at a cemetery, after some meander confrontation...he invited it home and he is completely aware of it living at his house now...although it isnt seen, it can be sensed and touched. Is this foreshadowing a death at all?

This morning I reflected on my nightmare. I ask myself "Who was that guy?" "Why did he risk his live for mine" "Was my life too valuable for me to die?"
I also think it could had been my Guardian Angel, or even Jesus. Whoever it was, he saved my life and I'm glad I thanked him before I woke up.

Last night I had the scariest dream of my life. It started out at my sisters trailer home, located in a solitary area in front of a forest. There I was alone on a sunny day with a guy. The guy was someone I have never known or met ever, but yet he was there with me. As I opened the door to go outside, I hear terrible growling and yelling. I open the door to see a black figure eating a small child. This figure was a horrible dog-like creature with a huge body and had a huge mouth with teeth sharp as blades, its eyes were dark red and was as tall and big like a wolf. I squealed in fear and it turned towards me, I quickly closed the door but it had got stuck an inch before closing. As I panicky pull the door to close, the creature was scratching, growling, and snapping at me, I could see its eyes get angry. I then call for help and that guy comes towards me and helps me close the door shut. I tell him what I had seen and he comforts me saying that everything will be alright. He later on puts a barb-wired fence around my sisters home while I watch out for the black creature.
Just after we had finished with the fence, a dark figure creeps out the forest and runs towards us. It had gotten bigger, I was terrified at its shape and its bigger teeth. It tried to jump across the fence but gets tangled between the wires. I'm screaming in fear as I see the creature get turbulent because it couldn't get to us. Relieved, I turn to my left to see another trailer home with a family walking out towards their car. I was scared that the creature runs to eat them, but right before I was going to yell at them to get back inside I see something unusual. The family was cripplingly walking towards us, and the creature walked towards them. The family was calling the creature, as if you were calling your pet, and the creature was there next to them, walking among them. They got closer to us as had wicked looks in their faces. Everything went dark..(tobecontinued)

They walked towards us and everything went dark. I was at a different place and I can recall what I saw. There were bones of humans and blood all over the grass, I imaged that I must be in the forest. The guy that was with me stood next to me and i showed him the great fear in my eyes. The family were laughing and grinning at us. Along came a man with fear yelling for help. The creature was released and jumped onto to him and ripped his body in half, the strength in its jaws were immense. The guy that was with me grabbed me by the hand and we tried to run away. We had ran towards an abandoned trailer, I could tell it had been there for years by the old smell and torn walls. There we hid, I was so frighten that I was able to hear my own heartbeat pump fast. From a distance I heard laughter and a voice calling out "HAHA! YOURE STUPID IN HINDING IN THERE!" I then hear the creature howling and growling towards us. I am then so scared, I had thought that this was the end. The guy next to me looked me in the eyes and told me to run away, that he'll try to hold back the creature as long as he could. The creature jumps in and bites his shoulder and chest.I didn't hesitate, I ran far, further away from the horrible sounds, away from the dark night, away from the forest, my feet began to feel weary and again everything went dark.
It was when I opened my eyes to find myself in light. I was at the trailer again and feel an enormous peace. The guy that had saved my life was with me again. I asked what had happened and he just told me " Don't worry, everything is ok now. " I was concerned about the bites the creature did and I ask him if I can heal them. He takes off his shirt and I was in a complete shock. His wounds were healed! I touched them with my fingers, I knew the bite marks were deep but there was hardly any resemblance of it. The only thing that was there were scars. I looked at his eyes and He gave me look of love for me...... |

I saw one once, it was back in 2007, i like to drive out into the middle of no where in nature to help me think, one night I drove to this up and coming neighborhood in wakeforest NC. It was one of those kinds where the roads are paved but no house are built. Anyway it was around dusk when I parked my car in an empty coldasack. I was there a bit thinking out loud I.e. yelling about my problems, then in the corner of my eye i saw something move in the woods. I turned my head to see a soild black dog steering at me its eyes were black, it stood around 25 yards away from me just steering. It wasn't that big, it looked like a boxer breed almost and around the size of a full grown one, but it was way thicker. It stood there and just watched me. I felt a cold chill go up my back, then it seemed to move but way to fast to be a real dog. It seem to circle me but stay in the woods just at the edge of the tree line. After about 5 min it tooked back into the trees and left. Never saw it again.

my spirit animal is a gigantic black wolf hes always been with me but he use to never show him self to me i had to earn him in a sense. I'm the only one who can hear him out of what i know he is deadly silent and i fear for anyone who gets on his bad side ... hes shone him self to only 3 of people maybe 4 i don't know if hes shown him self to my little brother but i know the 3 people and i loved them all my ex girl friend Ashely my other ex girl friend Ashley where he currently lives and my current love Nikita ... i love her and him we love to brawl with each other and when i sleep i visit his world his pack and my family but he has huge paws razor sharp claws and fangs like daggers hes defiantly bigger then a horse does the mean he could passably be a hell hound or related to them in some way? ive always had the feeling like im surrounded and protected by powerful guardians
