Well rakshasas are said to manifest in a variety of ways with usually one or three limbs, never the usual two or four. Other morphological attachments I assume would be negotiable.

Otherwise, the closest I know of if the Suan Yu bird, which has three legs, a body reminiscent of a snake and four wings. Though there is little information of this beast online it seems. And it also doesn't seem to have a horn.
