Asena

In Turkish mythology, Asena was one of the ten sons that were birthed by a mythical female wolf.

After a gruesome battle, the only survivor was a young boy. A she-wolf had found this boy and nursed him back to health. He then impregnates the she-wolf soon after. The wolf had given birth to ten half-wolf, half-human boys. One of these boys had become the leader and founded the Ashina clan. The Ashina clan ruled the Göktürks and other Turkish nomadic empires.

Does anyone remember Elfquest? If you know the backstory of the series, most of the main character 'elves' are actually descended from a half-elf half-wolf hybrid ancestor in some way shape or form. Perhaps the inspiration for that comes from this sort of creature?

I will not say werewolves don't exists, but i cannot say they exist either, it is possible they exist, but are not as we depict them (half human half wolf beasts). this sounds alot like a story about werewolf mythology, I mean, around 3 AM something big walks around in my back yard, head of a wolf looks like a wolf, but too big to be one, i could only make out its shadow, cause when a motion light goes off, it just sprints into the woods, someone explain to me what the hell it is.
